• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of students to identify their unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address their specific challenges.

• Implement evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic interventions that empower students to manage their mental health effectively.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records to accurately track patient progress, intervention outcomes, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

• Collaborate regularly with educators, school administrators, and other healthcare professionals within the multidisciplinary team to provide an integrated approach to care.

• Offer educational workshops and resources to parents, students, and staff to promote mental health awareness and support systems within the school.

• Stay informed about the latest research in mental health practices to incorporate cutting-edge treatment methodologies into your work.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of students from various backgrounds and age groups, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your interventions will not only support individual students but also work collaboratively with families and educators to create a holistic approach to mental health in the educational environment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada is mandatory.

• Demonstrated understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and therapeutic practices applicable within an educational context.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, families, and colleagues.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience working in a social work capacity, preferably within school settings or similar environments. Experience with children and adolescents and knowledge of educational systems will be considered an asset.
