This role offers a flexible remote work environment, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively while still providing exceptional care to our students. You will engage with school personnel, parents, and healthcare colleagues through virtual meetings and collaborative platforms, ensuring a coordinated approach to mental health support. Our full-time schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing consistency for both staff and students.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine mental health status, including emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to students facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school administrators, and parents to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) to document patient progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.
• Provide psychoeducation to students and their families regarding mental health conditions and available resources in the community.
• Regularly review treatment plans to adapt strategies based on patient feedback and clinical best practices, ensuring the highest quality of care.
• Adhere to all ethical and professional guidelines while handling sensitive patient information, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

This position primarily focuses on students in a school setting, addressing a wide range of mental health disorders and emotional challenges. You will be instrumental in identifying students who need support, understanding their unique backgrounds, and tailoring care to help them thrive academically and socially.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• At least two years of direct experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services to children and adolescents.
• Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to foster trusting relationships with patients, families, and colleagues alike.
• Proficient in conducting clinical assessments and developing culturally sensitive treatment plans.
• Experience with electronic health record systems and a comfort with digital communication platforms essential for telehealth service delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of various mental health conditions in youth populations and a commitment to continuous learning about emerging treatment modalities.

• Prior experience working within a school environment and familiarity with the educational system.
• Engagement in multidisciplinary teamwork, collaborating effectively with other mental health professionals, educators, and parents.
• Demonstrated success in creating and implementing comprehensive treatment plans for diverse communities.
