Job Title:

Loan Operations Administrator - Reconciliation

Location:

What you'll do:

The Loan Operations Administrator is responsible for performing duties related to loan operations servicing, specializing in processing complex loan transactions, preparation of specialized billings on direct/agented loans, and reviewing various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring.
  • Processes loan transactions, including complex increases, roll-overs, pay-downs, commitment reductions, etc.
  • Preparation/review of loan documents and form in relation to servicing activities.
  • Preparation of interest and fee billings on specialized agency facility loans and commitments
  • Process interest, commitment fees, and investigate discrepancies when necessary.
  • Preparation of GL entries as required.
  • Review various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities.

What you'll need:

  • 1+ years of related experience in Loan Administration, Lending and/or Deposit Sales, or similar field.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Knowledge of one or more loan types.
  • Proficient in multi-tasking in a team oriented environment and focused on the highest standards of client service.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
