Admin Assistant

Compensation & Schedule
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: Part-time, hours vary based on workload and daily business needs

Key Responsibilities
General Office Support
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors as needed
Manage and organize physical and digital files and records
Draft, proofread, and distribute emails, memos, and correspondence
Make copies, scan documents, and handle basic office equipment
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Order and track office supplies as needed
Administrative & Clerical Tasks
Perform accurate data entry into spreadsheets, databases, or office management systems
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls
Prepare and format basic documents, reports, and presentations
Assist team members and management with day-to-day administrative tasks
Support special projects and assignments as directed by supervisor
File and retrieve documents quickly and accurately
Follow up on outstanding tasks and communicate status updates to the team
