• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health and substance use issues faced by patients, ensuring a deep understanding of their individual circumstances.

• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient, integrating solution-focused therapy strategies to enhance their recovery process.

• Administer and monitor therapeutic interventions, ensuring they align with best practices and yield measurable outcomes for patient progression.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our electronic health record (EHR) system, enabling effective communication and continuity of care among the multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Engage regularly with other healthcare professionals—including physicians, psychologists, and nurses—collaborating effectively to provide comprehensive care.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families, facilitating clear communication and enhancing understanding of treatment processes and goals.

• Stay informed about the latest research in mental health and substance use treatment methodologies to ensure the utilization of the most effective therapeutic techniques.

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of patients facing various mental health challenges related to substance use disorders. You will utilize your clinical expertise to guide individuals through detoxification and stabilization, improve their resilience, and equip them with the tools necessary for lasting recovery.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas.

• Proficient knowledge of evidence-based, solution-oriented psychotherapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with strong problem-solving abilities.

While not mandatory, previous experience working in addiction services or mental health clinical settings is highly valued. Additionally, familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote patient engagement strategies can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
