Job description

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI W/ FULL SCOPE POLYGRAPH SECURITY CLEARANCE (U.S. CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

Develop, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements.
Review and tests software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results.
Utilize software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.
Provide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.
Provide Help Desk Support; ticket handling/resolution, utilizing JIRA.
Minimum:
Experience scripting with Java using Linux
Strong background with Docker using Maven
Proficiency with Git/Gitlab; knowledge and experience with CI/CD and GitOps Principles
Expereince with Helm, Kubectl, and Kubernetes
Preferred:
Experience with Flux and Kustomize
Experience with kafka, kyverno and/or minio
Shall have a minimum of twenty (20) years' experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
(4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
EDUCATION:
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline.

This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire.
