In this full-time remote position, you will provide high-quality virtual therapy services to clients across California from the comfort of your home. The work setting at Flourish Together is entirely remote, allowing our therapists to operate from any location within California. We utilize secure telehealth platforms to ensure confidentiality while providing care. Our team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for structured work sessions that promote work-life balance. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for adults and adolescents, utilizing appropriate clinical tools to understand their needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address various mental health challenges, employing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions via our secure telehealth platforms, ensuring an engaging and effective therapeutic experience.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to enhance patient outcomes and ensure holistic care.
• Maintain organized and accurate clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards of confidentiality while tracking client progress.

As a licensed therapist at Flourish Together, you will primarily work with a diverse client base, including adults and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your expertise will play a vital role in not only understanding their unique experiences but also in guiding them towards healthier coping strategies and improved mental wellness.

• A valid LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license to practice in California.
• A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field, providing a strong foundation in clinical practices and mental health theories.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, necessary for establishing rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in managing therapy sessions and maintaining accurate documentation for compliance and client follow-up.

• At least two years of professional experience in a therapeutic setting, providing evidence-based interventions and treatments.
• Experience with telehealth services is highly desirable, as it enhances your ability to navigate virtual client interactions effectively.
