Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, analyzing client histories and identifying areas of concern.
• Develop and implement effective therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, using evidence-based practices.
• Utilize secure telehealth platforms to provide ongoing therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.
• Document treatment plans accurately and promptly, keeping detailed records of client progress and adjustments to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support as needed, ensuring client safety and stability.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Remote Mental Health Therapist with Flourish Together, LLC, you will primarily serve a diverse population of clients across California, presenting with a variety of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex psychological conditions. Understanding the unique needs of each client is crucial, as the demographics of our clients may vary widely, requiring tailored approaches and sensitivity to their individual situations.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold a valid California license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in a mental health-related field is required.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to connect and support clients effectively.
• Thorough understanding of clinical documentation standards and treatment planning processes.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in providing mental health therapy is required.
• Experience working in a telehealth setting or familiarity with digital health records is favorable.
• Previous work with diverse populations and varied mental health issues is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Flourish Together, LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits that include:
