ResponsibilitiesReviews, analyzes, and assigns codes based on appropriate coding guidelines and criteria for outpatient medical record documentation to include, but not limited to: medical, diagnostic and surgical documentation for assignment of the correct ICD-10-CM and /or CPT-4 HCPCS codes.Primary coding responsibility is Outpatient Surgery, Wound Care and Observation.QualificationsEducation
  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
Work Experience
  • Coding experience Required
  • Experience in coding at a multi-facility organization and remote coding experience is Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
