• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students' mental health challenges, strengths, and necessary resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
• Collaborate with school staff, including teachers and administrators, to ensure a holistic approach to student care and intervention.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that set specific, actionable goals tailored to each student’s unique circumstances.
• Engage in crisis intervention and safety planning, providing immediate support when students exhibit high-risk behaviors.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, documentation, and reports in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups to enhance students' understanding of mental health and coping mechanisms.
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.

Your work will center around a diverse clientele within the educational system, providing services to students from various backgrounds. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is essential to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health or outpatient settings, ideally with a focus on school-based services.
