Key Responsibilities

• Administer comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately ascertain clients' mental health status and treatment needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet clients' specific goals and circumstances.
• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions to adult clients, utilizing solution-focused approaches to foster growth and resilience.
• Employ teletherapy tools to conduct virtual therapy sessions effectively, adapting to the needs and preferences of clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating quick thinking and expertise in high-pressure situations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with mental health best practices, emerging research, and industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse clientele includes adults facing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and more. Therapists will have the opportunity to work with individuals from various backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique experiences and facilitating their journey towards healing and well-being.

Qualifications

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic disposition paired with a non-judgmental approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a varied caseload effectively.
• No history of disciplinary actions on licensure.

Preferred Experience

• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy delivery.
• Background in working with diverse mental health issues, specifically in outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and approaches.

• A competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with the caseload and experience.
