  • Deliver therapy and supportive counseling using evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy.
  • Manage crisis situations effectively by assessing patient needs, providing immediate care, and coordinating additional services as required.
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team.
  • Collaborate with community professionals to create cross-system plans that advance individual treatment outcomes.
  • Efficiently maintain electronic medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
