• Provide ethical and compassionate individual mental health counseling through video sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for your clients.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client progress.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults seeking support in managing anxiety, stress, and other mental health challenges. This role allows you to engage meaningfully with clients who are motivated to improve their well-being and often have specific goals regarding their mental health. Your expertise and insights will be vital in empowering these individuals to overcome their challenges and improve their quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory.
• Holding current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW) is required for this position.
• Demonstrated experience in remote therapy or an eagerness to adapt to teletherapy platforms effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients in a virtual environment.

• Previous experience providing therapy in a fully remote setting is highly desirable and will allow for smoother integration into our practice.
