We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team at Lighthouse Solution Healthcare Services, LLC. In this full-time role, you will conduct outpatient mental health evaluations and provide individualized therapy for both clients and their families through a telehealth setting. You will engage regularly with a team of professionals, including the Lead Psychologist, through virtual case reviews and clinical discussions to share insights and strategies that enhance patient outcomes.

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations for new patients and ongoing assessments to monitor progress.
• Provide tailored individual and family therapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with clients to create meaningful treatment plans that reflect their goals and preferences.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans in compliance with clinical and state regulations, using our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system efficiently.
• Engage in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist to discuss complex cases, share feedback, and continue professional growth.
• Participate in discharge planning and aftercare coordination to support clients in their transition from therapy.
• Adapt therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and changing needs throughout the treatment process.

Your primary clientele include adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral issues. By offering supportive and culturally competent care, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys and improve their quality of life. Our clinic values inclusivity and strives to ensure that all individuals feel seen and heard within our therapeutic environment.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

While not mandatory, experience in outpatient therapy settings or familiarity with telehealth services is highly valued. Additional certifications in trauma-informed care or specialized therapeutic modalities will further enhance your fit for this role.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, contingent upon your caseload and relevant experience.
