Work Environment

This position is designed for remote work, providing you with the flexibility to manage your workload from the comfort of your own home or workspace. You will engage with clients through online therapy sessions and utilize various digital tools and platforms to deliver effective care. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the clinical care for patients, ensuring best practices and proficient application of therapeutic techniques.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, utilizing established assessment methods to gauge progress.
  • Maintain an active caseload of diverse clients, addressing a wide range of psychological needs and concerns.
  • Utilize advanced clinical assessment skills to collaborate effectively with patients and their families, developing and implementing meaningful treatment plans.
  • Exhibit proficiency in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and therapeutic interventions during high-stress situations.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including treatment logs, strategy outlines, and progress summaries, adjusting care plans as necessary to reflect the evolving needs of clients.
  • Evaluate the mental health needs of patients through thorough assessments, incorporating findings into their holistic care plans.
  • Educate clients and families on mental health resources and coping strategies to support their continued growth.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Counselor, your primary focus will be on a varied group of clients facing psychological challenges. This may include individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma histories, and relationship issues, among other mental health concerns. Qualifications
  • Applicants must possess a Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits
