Working in a telehealth setting, you will utilize cutting-edge technology to conduct assessments, therapy, and follow-up consultations. • Conduct thorough intake assessments and ongoing screenings to accurately evaluate clients’ substance use history, mental health concerns, and overall treatment needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that not only address addiction but also incorporate mental health strategies to aid in overall recovery.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to encourage client engagement and progress.
• Work in concert with an interdisciplinary team—including medical doctors, psychiatric nurses, and case managers—to provide coordinated, integrated care that addresses all aspects of a client's treatment.
• Educate and support clients’ families to foster a deeper understanding of addiction recovery and encourage their active involvement.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

You will be working with a diverse group of clients struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices specific to substance abuse and mental health disorders.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and motivate clients on their pathways to recovery.
• Excellent communication skills and the capability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in substance abuse counseling or mental health therapy.
• Specialized training or certifications in addiction counseling and related evidence-based treatment methodologies.
