• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand clients' substance abuse history and mental health status, informing subsequent treatment plans.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any underlying mental health disorders, ensuring a tailored approach for each individual.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, incorporating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to ensure cohesive and integrated care for each client.
• Educate and support clients' families, fostering their involvement in the recovery process to create a supportive home environment.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring a precise continuum of care.

You will primarily work with individuals grappling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues. Our client population encompasses a diverse range of backgrounds and challenges, requiring a compassionate, empathetic, and individualized approach to support their recovery.

• A current, valid license in Mental Health Counseling (LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW) or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge in mental health principles.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with evidence-based approaches for treating substance abuse and managing co-occurring disorders.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling capabilities, with a proven track record of motivating clients through challenges.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, fostering collaboration with peers and supporting clients effectively.

Our organization offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
