Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will:

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to patients with substance abuse issues, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Maintain detailed clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure continuity of care.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including medical professionals and rehabilitation specialists, to develop integrated care strategies.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT and DBT.
