Job description

You will be the Subcontract Management Staff for the Advanced Programs team. Our team is responsible for delivering cuttingedge missile and firecontrol solutions.


What You Will Be Doing


As the Subcontract Management Staff you will be responsible for overseeing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex subcontracts, leading crossfunctional teams, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:



  • Manage supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on moderatetohighrisk subcontracts.

  • Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation authority.

  • Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.

  • Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, evaluate proposals, and negotiate subcontract provisions.

  • Administer awarded subcontracts and oversee change activities throughout development and sustainment.
