• Plan and implement individualized support packages for each client based on their unique circumstances and needs.
• Conduct thorough interviews with clients to assess their mental health, strengths, and areas requiring support.
• Develop and set measurable, tailored goals for clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide crisis intervention and management for clients in distress, ensuring immediate needs are addressed effectively.
• Maintain precise records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment recommendations in accordance with organizational standards.
• Participate actively in case conferences and provide testimony or evidence in court when required to support client cases.
• Act as a primary contact for a designated caseload, collaborating closely with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
• Connect clients with community services and resources to facilitate their ongoing recovery and personal development.

This position will focus on serving children and adolescents within the school environment, many of whom are vulnerable and face complex life challenges. • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is essential.
