Job description

Synch-Solutions is looking for an Automation Program Manager who help with the delivery of Automation Projects in the Automation Program Portfolio. This position is 100% remote with no travel and will be a full-time 1099 / C2C position. The Program Manager will interface with stakeholders throughout the enterprise to help drive the adoption of all automation. Due to the sensitivity of the public sector applicants must be a USA citizen.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Synch-Solutions Automation Program is looking for a Automation Program Manager who can maintain effective business relationships with our client's management team, design value creating automation solutions that will support our client's automation roadmap.
You will independently generate solutions, based on strong quantitative and analytical skills and business knowledge. Responsible for leadership in planning of the Automation initiatives in various customer engagements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the Automation framework of AI and RPA
  • Establish working relationships and routinely interface with project sponsors, business stakeholders, and technology partners
  • Work with program sponsors to measure progress of automations and impacts on business using metrics
  • At least 4 years understanding Automation process and RPA opportunities in detail, taking lead on opportunity assessments and business reviews
  • Provide guidance and support to the automation technical team and remove obstacles to delivery
  • Escalate risks and issues to senior management
  • Maintain a list of automation opportunities with their status for a pipeline
  • Comfortable presenting to senior management automation project status, risks, and client roadmap
  • Experience in Agile
  • At least 4 years working knowledge of RPA: UiPath and Automation Anywhere and AI
  • Holds certification for RPA software: UiPath or Automation Anywhere
  • Excellent analytical and oral and written communication skills
  • Should be flexible, self-driven, detail oriented
  • Experience with presenting and communications to senior management
