We are seeking a Director, Business Transformation to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that modernize our business processes, systems, and data capabilities. This role will play a critical part in driving enterprise transformation efforts, with a strong emphasis on AI strategy and implementation, systems modernization, and data-driven decision making.

This individual will partner closely with Data, Finance, Sales Operations, Enterprise Systems, Legal, and other business leaders to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, enable growth, and unlock new capabilities across IAS.

This role is ideal for a transformation leader who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and data, and is excited to drive meaningful change at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale business transformation programs, including system implementations, process redesign, and operating model evolution

  • Drive AI-enabled initiatives, including identifying use cases, managing implementation, and ensuring adoption across the organization

  • Partner with executive stakeholders to craft and advance a comprehensive AI strategy, and define transformation roadmaps aligned with IAS strategic priorities

  • Translate business strategy into scalable system and data capabilities, ensuring effective delivery and adoption across enterprise platforms

  • Establish and manage program governance, including timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications

  • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners (consultants, vendors) to deliver complex multi-workstream initiatives

  • Champion data-driven decision making by improving data quality, accessibility, and reporting capabilities

  • Identify and drive opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and process optimization at scale

  • Drive change management and user adoption strategies to ensure successful realization of business outcomes

Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, or related roles

  • Proven track record leading large-scale systems implementations and enterprise transformation programs (e.g., Salesforce, ERP, HRIS)

  • Experience driving AI/ML-enabled initiatives, from use case identification through implementation and adoption, or partnering closely with data science, engineering, or enterprise systems teams

  • Stays current on emerging AI trends and technologies, with the ability to translate external developments into practical business applications

  • Strong analytical and data mindset; ability to leverage data to inform decisions and measure business impact

  • Deep understanding of business process design, enterprise systems, and integrations strategies

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior executives and driving alignment across cross-functional teams

  • Strong program management capabilities, including managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, and competing priorities

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (ad tech, SaaS, or digital media a plus)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear insights

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in ad tech, digital media, or related industries

  • Familiarity with modern data platforms and analytics tools a plus

  • Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and emerging technologies

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus

IAS Pay Transparency:

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans. Each candidate's compensation package is based on multiple factors, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
