  • Supporting Deloitte businesses in refining acquisition priorities aligned to growth strategy
  • Conducting market research and qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform target identification and pipeline development

The Team

This position is part of Deloitte's US Corporate Development (USCD) function. USCD plays a critical role in shaping Deloitte's future by driving the firm's inorganic and organic growth agenda. USCD operates at the center of strategy, investment execution, and enterprise transformation. Team members work in a high-impact, high-visibility environment, supporting some of the firm's most significant and complex growth initiatives.

In this role, you'll join a cohort of Consultants/Senior Consultants for USCD. Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in strategy, corporate development, consulting, finance, mergers and acquisitions, or investment evaluation
  • Experience developing presentations for senior stakeholders

  • Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Experience with market sizing, expert interviews, and survey design
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions, investment evaluation, or corporate finance
  • Experience working within Deloitte's business structure and internal processes
  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools such as Enterprise GPT or Copilot to support research and productivity

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $76,600  to $157200.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
