As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients, both individually and in couples or family sessions, to develop effective treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts, and relational dynamics.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to facilitate healing and growth.
• Address a wide array of issues, including but not limited to grief and loss, conflicts among family members, communication difficulties, and the impacts of alcohol and psychological abuse.
• Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatric providers, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Your caseload will encompass a diverse range of clients, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will provide services to families dealing with complex dynamics, blended families, and individuals who are experiencing significant life transitions such as separation and divorce. Understanding the nuanced needs of various populations will be essential for successful therapeutic outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• A strong commitment to clinical excellence and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport with clients.
