Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing clients' mental health needs, developing treatment plans, and tracking progress.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to support clients in overcoming challenges related to mental health issues, trauma, and dual diagnoses.
• Facilitate a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and experiences, maintaining confidentiality and trust throughout the therapeutic process.
• Manage all aspects of the counseling process while collaborating with our administrative team who handle the business operations—allowing you to concentrate on your clinical duties.
• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our comprehensive EHR platform to ensure accurate records and compliance with legal standards.
• Participate in continuous education and training opportunities to stay updated on best practices in mental health care and counseling techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a proven track record of effective patient outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule, including some weekends or evenings as necessary.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and collaborative ties with team members.

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of managing the treatment of clients with dual diagnoses.

Compensation and Benefits
