E & H Tubing is a premier family-owned tube mill located in Brownstown, IN that produces mechanical and high carbon ERW steel tubing.


We manufacture round, square, and rectangular tubing with value-added capabilities including cut-to-length, deburring, swaging, notching, and coping.


Our expertise allows us to align the global supply chain and provide solutions that bring value to our clients' companies. Some of the markets served include solar, fence, carports, agriculture, material handling, and industrial manufacturing.


We are currently looking for Full-Time Outside Sales Representative to join our Team within the Midwest Eat/ Midwest West.


The Outside Sales Representative positions,

Job Location: Brownstown, IN

Base Salary: To be determined, based on experience level.


Position Summary

The Outside Sales position is responsible for:

  1. The ideal candidate enjoys developing new business, building long term customer relationships, and growing profitable accounts within the steel and tube industry.
  2. Steel distribution or processing services, and
  3. Travel throughout the assigned territory- (requirement)
  4. Also, the candidate should have experience with the following:
  • ERW tubing
  • Galvanized tubing
  • Mechanical tubing
  • Flat rolled steel


Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities
  • Manage and grow existing accounts
  • Build relationships with OEMs, fabricators, distributors, and manufacturers
  • Drive revenue growth and margin expansion
  • Work closely with operations and inside sales teams
  • Manage pricing, forecasts, opportunities, and customer communication professionally
  • Travel throughout the territory to meet with customers and prospects.


Qualifications


  • 2+ years of steel, tubing, metals, or industrial sales experience preferred
  • Knowledge of ERW tube, galvanized products, or mechanical tubing preferred
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable managing pricing, margins, and customer negotiations
  • Ability to communicate professionally with purchasing, operations, and executive leadership
  • Organized with strong follow through and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and build a territory
  • Existing Midwest steel or tube industry relationships are a plus
  • Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
