By uniting providers, patients, and technology, we close gaps in care and deliver meaningful results. We envision a healthcare system where technology removes barriers, patients come first, and providers are empowered to deliver efficient, compassionate care to everyone, everywhere.
As we expand our leadership operations to support a growing patient and client base, we are seeking a full-time executive assistant to partner with our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role partners closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to advance strategic priorities and keep key initiatives on track, playing an integral part in our leadership operations.

  • Prepare materials and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Track action items, follow up on key priorities, and monitor progress on strategic initiatives;
  • Serve as a liaison across teams to close communication gaps and keep projects on schedule;
  • Participate in hiring activities, including interviewing candidates and supporting evaluation processes;

  • Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations;
  • Engage in special projects and operational initiatives as needed;
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information professionally and securely.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related business discipline;
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace™ and Microsoft Office Suite™;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and work independently;
  • High level of emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and calm under pressure;
  • Comfort with quickly learning new tools and systems;
  • Familiarity with project management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment.

What We Offer
  • Hybrid remote work environment;
  • Competitive salary based on experience;
  • Equity opportunity aligned with role scope and seniority;
  • Flexible workplace with room to shape your responsibilities over time;
  • Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with matching;
  • Unlimited paid time off (PTO);
  • Meaningful opportunities to contribute within a mission-driven, fast-growing startup.
