While working remotely, you will utilize our electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain detailed client documentation, schedule appointments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals. • Conduct comprehensive assessments with clients to evaluate their mental health status and needs, ensuring a tailored approach for each individual.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans using evidence-based treatment methods, regularly reviewing their effectiveness and making necessary adjustments.
• Engage in regular one-on-one sessions with clients, providing therapeutic support and tools to foster resilience and empowerment.
• Collaborate and refer clients to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or group therapy facilitators, to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health issues. This can involve clients facing challenges such as trauma, addiction, emotional distress, or family dynamics. Your ability to engage effectively with individuals from various cultural backgrounds will enhance therapeutic outcomes and client satisfaction.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to practice as a mental health counselor in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working in mental health settings.
• Profound knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and the complexities of cultural competency in therapy.
• Exceptional crisis intervention skills with a calm demeanor to handle challenging situations effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy tailored to varying client needs and cultural backgrounds.
• A history of working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team-oriented environment.
