The position is fully remote, allowing counselors to work from the comfort of their homes while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This remote setting is complemented by access to our outpatient office as needed for client meetings or team collaborations. • Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and develop a comprehensive understanding of their individual needs.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals, adjusting as necessary to reflect their progress and evolving needs.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to adults, drawing on evidence-based practices and solution-focused methodologies to guide treatment.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to effectively deliver virtual therapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services whenever necessary, facilitating immediate support for clients in distress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health care, best practices, and clinical standards.

Our outpatient therapy services cater to a diverse population of adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other life stressors. Counselors will engage with a wide range of clients, utilizing their own therapeutic style to foster a supportive and trusting environment conducive to healing and personal growth.

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and their families.
• Demonstrate a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Possess strong organizational skills to manage caseload effectively and complete necessary documentation.
• No history of disciplinary action on your licensure board.

While not mandatory, we prefer candidates with experience in providing therapy to diverse adult populations. Experience with teletherapy platforms and crisis intervention strategies is advantageous, as is familiarity with contemporary therapy methods.
