The Integrations Developer II is a primary support contact and expert of enterprise system interoperability. They are responsible for building, maintaining, and supporting organizational enterprise system interoperability. They design solutions using multiple development tools and programming languages to meet project requirements. They can work independently and prioritize workload with minimal guidance from the immediate manager. Supporting projects by building interfaces using advanced knowledge of integration and system protocols. They coordinate all issues that arise during projects for their area. Responsibilities also include analyzing workflows, understanding policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operations to maximize interoperability utilization. A key activity is to work with clients to determine project needs, develop interoperability proposals, and recommend opportunities for technological and workflow improvement. They function as the primary contact to support the integration implementation of new projects, upgrades as well as trouble shoot problems and questions from end-users during go live and post go live periods. Successful candidates enjoy helping other users identify how technology can support business needs and assist with adoption

Responsibilities
  • Designs, maintains, and supports organizational interoperability
  • Works to ensure accurate development/testing of interfaces, MFTs and Interconnect instances to support the healthcare organizations project timelines
  • Supports application integration implementation including analysis, planning and preparation
  • Supports and maintains all applications utilized for enterprise interoperability
  • Ensure that the electronic integration intersystem are operational to support both the financial and clinical requirements of our clients
  • Creates and maintains documentation of integrations to support cross team and on-call coverage
  • Demonstrates extraordinary ability to perform the technical skills of the job
  • Works with Manager and team members to enhance technical and analytical skills
  • 24x7 on call rotation coverage
  • Creates and maintains regular status reports to immediate manager
  • Attends weekly team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, issues, changes, and updates
  • Completes specific task activities as documented in project plan and/or assigned by manager
  • Promotes a team atmosphere that is conducive to the overall accomplishment of goals, schedules, and deadlines
  • Openly shares information with all team members
  • Willingness to subordinate individual goals for team goals
