- Experience building lifecycle marketing campaigns, trigger-based scenarios, mass campaigns, segmentation strategies, and personalized communication flows.
- Proficiency in email marketing practices, including campaign optimization, dynamic content, and template management.
- Experience working with design and email production tools such as Figma and Stripo.
- Understanding of email development technologies, including HTML/CSS, MJML, and AMP for Email.
- Knowledge of email deliverability principles, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, and sender reputation management.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance through metrics such as OR, CTR, conversion rates, deliverability, and A/B testing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate insights clearly.
- Experience in iGaming, customer retention, or high-volume digital products is a plus.
- Familiarity with Smartico or Fast Track platforms is considered an advantage.
