Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pediatric Outpatient Clinic
Location: Osceola, Indiana

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations for pediatric patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate and support parents and caregivers with strategies for home practice
Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress notes
Participate in team meetings and clinical quality initiatives
Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards
Patient Population
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active Indiana SLP License (or ability to obtain)
CCC-SLP certification preferred
1+ year of experience preferred, though candidates with relevant pediatric exposure may be considered
Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with children and families
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)
Experience or interest in feeding and swallowing therapy
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required
