Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pediatric Outpatient Clinic

Location: Osceola, Indiana

Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations for pediatric patients

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Provide evidence-based speech therapy interventions

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care

• Educate and support parents and caregivers with strategies for home practice

• Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress notes

• Participate in team meetings and clinical quality initiatives

• Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards

Patient Population

• Pediatric patients ranging from infancy through adolescence

• Majority of patients are early childhood to school-age children

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Active Indiana SLP License (or ability to obtain)

• CCC-SLP certification preferred

• 1+ year of experience preferred, though candidates with relevant pediatric exposure may be considered

• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

• Passion for working with children and families

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication)

• Experience or interest in feeding and swallowing therapy

• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required
