Job description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time teletherapy position is designed for a Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) licensed to practice in Texas. The role primarily supports pediatric populations within school-based settings through remote speech therapy services. Experience working in schools is beneficial but not mandatory, as each clinician is provided a paraprofessional facilitator to assist during sessions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality speech therapy to students using teletherapy platforms
  • Developing individualized treatment plans focused on pediatric speech and language goals
  • Monitoring student progress and documenting outcomes in compliance with school protocols
  • Collaborating with paraprofessionals, families, and educational staff to support student success
  • Maintaining professional licensure and participating in continuing education opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Current Texas SLP license required by the start date
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Comfort and proficiency with teletherapy technologies and virtual communication tools
  • Experience or interest in pediatrics and school-based speech-language pathology preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
