• Conduct and facilitate individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms.
• Design and implement personalized and culturally sensitive treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to help clients navigate challenges related to mental health, relationships, and personal development.
• Engage in collaborative teamwork with other healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists and social workers—to coordinate comprehensive client care.

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds, encompassing various ages, cultures, and socioeconomic statuses. As a critical support person, you will help clients dealing with a spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and stress management, tailoring your approach to meet their individual circumstances.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor in the state of Arizona.
