You will work with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring a collaborative approach to mental health care.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings, utilizing established mental health evaluation tools to diagnose and clarify clients' concerns and needs.
• Create tailored treatment plans that reflect the individual challenges, strengths, and goals of each client, ensuring personalized care throughout the therapeutic journey.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate integrated care, ensuring each client receives comprehensive support throughout their recovery.
• Provide counseling and psychoeducation to families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and encouraging active participation in the treatment process.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all client records are accurate, confidential, and up-to-date.

Your primary responsibility will be serving a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Clients may present with an array of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use disorders. Your role will be crucial in adapting therapeutic approaches that are culturally sensitive and clinically effective, fostering a safe space for clients to share their experiences.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, with a solid understanding of evidence-based practices applicable to a range of mental health disorders.
• Excellent therapeutic skills, evidenced by the ability to establish connections with clients and encourage their motivation for recovery.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with team members and clients alike.

• Experience in a community health setting, particularly with clients facing socio-economic barriers.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and digital tools relevant for remote counseling.
• Specialized training in trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or other critical areas may be advantageous.

• A competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
