This position is fully remote, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their homes while efficiently utilizing telehealth platforms to deliver services. We take care of all administrative responsibilities, allowing you to concentrate on providing therapy without the burden of paperwork and billing processes. With the autonomy to manage your caseload, you can expect to have between 10-30 billable hours each week, depending on your availability and preference.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Effectively create and implement treatment plans based on client evaluations, ensuring that interventions align with the latest DSM criteria.
• Offer crisis intervention services and coordinate care with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to determine the appropriate level of care and urgency for clients' needs.
• Facilitate therapy sessions through telehealth, demonstrating clinical competency across diverse methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.
• Engage in regular collaborative consultations with interdisciplinary team members to refine assessment approaches and treatment strategies, ensuring optimal client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of therapy sessions, preparing reports, and communicating with relevant stakeholders to mobilize resources necessary for client care.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and quality management initiatives to continuously improve therapeutic practices and outcomes.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Spectra, you will work primarily with clients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and dual-diagnosis disorders. Our clientele includes individuals, couples, and families, all of whom benefit from personalized therapeutic approaches informed by their unique circumstances and needs.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psy.D in the state of Arizona.
• Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience delivering psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records for managing patient information.

• Experience working in outpatient or community-based settings, providing therapy to diverse populations.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices specific to family dynamics and couple's therapy.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and collaborative treatment settings.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
