Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions using evidence-based techniques.
• Create personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs, goals, and circumstances.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness strategies—to support clients in overcoming emotional and psychological challenges.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organization policies.
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay abreast of new developments and trends in the field of counseling.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment strategies to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
