You’ll drive the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to offer, and act as a strategic partner to leadership as we build a world-class technical organization.

Your Skillset
  • Manage end to end the recruiting processes for Influur’s technical roles in Product, Data and Tech.
  • Partner with Tech, Product and Data leaders to develop sourcing strategies to source, engage and attract key technical roles.
  • Use different sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Communicate assertively with candidates, making sure they are engaged throughout the process.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Influur’s business, vision and goals to enable a solid communication with potential candidates.
  • Own the technical interview process to successfully attract and engage top talent.
  • Map out where strong research or technical talent are by staying on top of industry trends.
  • Build out great candidate experience at every stage of the recruiting process from start to finish.
  • Keep track record of key recruiting KPIs like time-to-fill.


You’re the Type Who
  • Has experience in high-volume technical recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally within a startup or tech company.
  • Understands recruiting fundamentals deeply, from sourcing and screening to structured interviews and stakeholder alignment.
  • Feels comfortable juggling multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Makes sound, data-informed decisions and isn’t afraid to push back when it’s best for the hire and the business.
  • Is resilient, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity, you see change as an opportunity, not a blocker.
  • Communicates clearly and assertively with candidates and hiring managers, building trust and alignment across the process.
  • Has experience working with Lever or a similar ATS and enjoys organizing processes around clean systems.
  • Is bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable operating across U.S., India and LatAm markets.
