Job description

Customer Care Representative

The Customer Care Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address questions, concerns, and service requests.
  • Assist customers with payments, renewals, cancellations, and other policy-related needs.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
  • Provide accurate information regarding company products, services, and policies.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and service standards.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in every interaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years or more Customer Service Experience (BPO setup)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.
  • Customer service experience required, insurance industry experience is a plus.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and professional.
  • Ready for full time position and flexible to shifting schedule.
