  • Own the joiner/mover/leaver process in partnership with HR, ensuring timely and accurate onboarding, offboarding, and role transitions.
  • Manage privileged access and enforce least-privilege principles across the organization.
  • Endpoint & Device Management
  • Oversee Microsoft Intune-based MDM/MAM policies for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices across a fully remote workforce.
  • Maintain device compliance standards, software deployment, and patch management cadences.
  • Manage hardware procurement, asset inventory, and device lifecycle from provisioning through decommission.
  • Collaboration & Productivity
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Own licensing, tenant configuration, and governance policies for the M365 environment.
  • Support audio/visual and conference room technology at LINQ office locations.
  • IT Operations & Support
  • Lead and develop a team of IT professionals, setting priorities, managing workloads, and fostering a culture of service excellence.
  • Own the IT helpdesk function; ticket management, SLAs, escalation paths, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain IT runbooks, standard operating procedures, and asset documentation.
  • Manage IT vendor relationships, contract renewals, and the IT operating budget.
  • Security & Compliance
  • Collaborate with the Security team to enforce endpoint security standards, respond to IT-related security incidents, and maintain compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to IT risk management, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity procedures.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations or systems administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, particularly Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated experience managing IT for a fully remote or distributed workforce.
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts, including SSO, MFA, conditional access, and automated joiner/mover/leaver provisioning.
