Position Overview:

The Technical Architect at Blue Yonder is a key member of implementation teams responsible for designing scalable, robust, and high-performance architectures that support our leading supply chain management solutions.

This individual will work closely with various teams to implement these designs, ensuring that our technology solutions meet the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Design and Architecture:
    • Design scalable, secure, and robust system architectures to support supply chain management solutions.
    • Utilize AI/ML, cloud platforms, and IoT technologies to enhance product features and performance.
    • Evaluate current systems and propose improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
    • Work closely with development teams to guide the implementation of architectural designs.
    • Mentor and guide development teams to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
  • Risk Management and Technical Leadership:
    • Communicate potential application-related risks to senior management.
    • Represent Blue Yonder at internal and external workshops, contributing to functional or technical roadmaps.
    • Lead the selection of appropriate technologies and frameworks to meet business goals.
Technical Environment:

The Technical Architect will work within a dynamic technical landscape that includes:

  • Cloud Computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) for scalable infrastructure.
  • AI and Machine Learning for predictive insights and intelligent decision-making.
  • IoT and Edge Computing for real-time data collection and analysis.
  • Modern software development practices including microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Annual salary range for this position is $92,456.00 - $123,765.49

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
