Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and create personalized treatment plans that align with the individual needs and goals of each client.
• Provide therapeutic intervention using a variety of methodologically sound approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Effectively document all client interactions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on client care strategies and share insights with fellow professionals.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions when appropriate, providing a safe and constructive environment for participants to explore their thoughts and feelings.
• Respond sensitively to client crises and provide appropriate support and intervention, ensuring safety and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse client population experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience is required, demonstrating the ability to work effectively across various therapeutic modalities.

Preferred Experience

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
