Job description

Role: Project Co-Ordinator

Location: Remote (with basis travel)

Duration: Permanent (Full-Time)

Job Description:

  • Support project management team in day-to-day coordination activities
  • Track project deliverables, timelines, and deadlines
  • Maintain accurate project status in tracking systems
  • Assist in budgeting, invoicing, collections, and purchase order management
  • Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and highlight risks/issues to management
  • Manage documentation and maintain complete project records
  • Ensure commitment to schedules from team members
  • Perform administrative and coordination tasks for project completion
  • Work with databases and internal tracking tools (e.g., Site Tracker)
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Advanced level)
  • Experience working with databases
  • Good reporting and documentation skills
  • Strong typing and data entry capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Strong communication (verbal & written)
  • Analytical and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
