Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Professional Engineer (P.E.) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery. This role involves working closely with clients, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to design and implement electrical systems that meet client needs and comply with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

PVSYST modeling, electrical design drawings & optimization, DAS design drawings, utility interconnection support, support during construction and as-built drawings for solar & substation projects.
Medium and low voltage electrical design, protection & control drawings, rigid bus design.
Electrical studies include arch flash, load flow, circuit, cable ampacity and protective device coordination including grounding study.
Design and develop electrical systems for a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on electrical engineering solutions.
Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and drawings.
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelorโ€™s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the renewable solar industry.
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETAP.
