To address these, most teams use advanced surveillance technology—like drones, motion sensors, and real-time camera feeds—to maintain oversight and quickly detect unauthorized access or equipment issues. Regular communication with local law enforcement and site managers, along with comprehensive incident response protocols, help ensure rapid reaction to potential security breaches. Collaboration with remote monitoring centers and periodic site visits are also standard practices to maintain both security and equipment integrity.

To thrive as a Remote Solar Farm Security professional, you need a background in security operations, situational awareness, and experience with surveillance protocols, often supported by a security officer license or related certification. Familiarity with remote video monitoring systems, alarm response technology, and incident reporting software is typically required. • Shepherd projects through the full software development lifecycle including user research, data analysis, designing prototypes, writing requirements, testing functionality, training users, and creating release materials

Performance & Innovation

  • Define and track product performance metrics and feedback loops
