Job Summary:

Frank Productions, LLC is looking for Security staff to join our team part-time in Charleston, SC. Positions are open at the Music Farm with a starting rate of $20/hr. We are committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and encourage talent from all backgrounds to apply.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO

  • Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and patrons
  • Ensure safe and efficient patron ingress and egress into the venue
  • Identify any issues or threats within the venue and report concerns to venue management
  • Respond to security and safety needs in a timely manner
  • Communicate clearly with staff, patrons, vendors and clients about day-of-event needs
  • Maintain an understanding of the venue Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and follow accordingly
  • Assist with opening and closing tasks of the relevant building
  • Follow company protocol for the relevant building as communicated by venue management
  • All other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Performs duties while standing and walking, including ascending and descending stairs
