This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from the comfort of your home. While we remain an outpatient practice, our emphasis on connectivity ensures that you remain an integral part of our team through regular virtual meetings, collaborative projects, and training sessions. • Conduct high-quality counseling and therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, using various therapeutic modalities.
• Perform thorough assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including clinical notes and treatment progress, in compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive care plans, ensuring that each client's treatment is coordinated and holistic.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies to address acute emotional and behavioral issues, providing stabilization and support as necessary.
• Engage and consult with families and support systems regarding treatment options, discharge plans, and ongoing support for clients.

The clients served by Futuristic Wellness Sanctuary represent a diverse population, encompassing individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a mental health counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with both adults and adolescents, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their unique needs and backgrounds.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current active licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or an equivalent credential approved for practice in Washington State.
• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a robust understanding of therapeutic practices and client engagement.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records (EMR), word processing software, and communication platforms.
• Strong self-management skills with the ability to work independently while remaining highly organized.

While not mandatory, experience with teletherapy practices and familiarity with various treatment modalities (including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed care approaches) would be advantageous. Additional training or certifications in specialized areas such as substance abuse, family therapy, or crisis intervention is also desirable.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
