Their primary responsibilities include writing user manuals, online help guides, API documentation, and how-to articles that help users and developers understand and use software effectively. They collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure technical accuracy. • Promoting and implementing best practices for product lifecycle management, agile execution, and release planning.
  • Providing mentorship and direction to a cross-functional team of project/program managers and engineering leads.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational, interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; Master's preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional engineering projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies, hardware/software integration, and product development lifecycle.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and project management methodologies such as PMBOK, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • PMP, Scrum, or equivalent certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Artificial Intelligence, High Performance Computing (HPC), and/or Data Analytics environments.
  • Background in networking, hardware, and/or software development.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
