• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs of each client.
• Develop personalized and effective treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, implementing evidence-based techniques to support client progress.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation reflects the ongoing therapeutic relationship.
• Utilize telehealth technology and platforms to facilitate sessions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients while promoting therapeutic rapport.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions and workshops to stay updated on advancements in mental health counseling practices.

As a remote therapist, you will serve a diverse clientele that includes individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and other mental health issues. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• An active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license licensed in the state of California is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a therapeutic setting, where you have honed your skills in therapy modalities.
• Exceptional telehealth communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients remotely.
• A strong commitment to patient confidentiality and ethical practice in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, as it demonstrates adaptability to technology in delivering care.
• Familiarity with Integrated Behavioral Health models and multi-disciplinary team approaches.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management is advantageous for handling urgent client needs effectively.
