Job description

Our client, a leader in data center construction and environmental compliance, is seeking an Environmental Compliance Project Manager 5 to join their team. As an Environmental Compliance Project Manager 5, you will be part of the Construction Environmental Compliance team supporting environmental permit management and compliance for data center projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and collaborative skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Environmental Compliance Project Manager 5

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $81/hr to $85/hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Manage Enablon implementation for construction environmental permits and regulations across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulations.
  • Populate and manage Enablon templates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with permit conditions.
  • Track and report on permit and task status, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project schedules.
  • Support environmental risk mitigation and contribute to continuous improvement of environmental compliance programs.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental permitting or compliance within the United States.
  • Proficiency with Enablon software and environmental permitting programs such as Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and SPCC.
  • Strong understanding of environmental regulations related to construction and operational compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Civil or Chemical Engineering, or related field.
