Job description

Pride Health is hiring a Senior Automation Test Developer to support our client's healthcare facility in Remote (Rochester, MN). 
 
Job Details: 
Schedule: 
Full-Time Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location:  Fully Remote
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 12+ months
Pay Range:
$55.00 to $60.00/hour*
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  
 
Duties: 
  • Provide software quality assurance services for projects and systems.
  • Oversee development methodologies and ensure regulatory compliance related to software support.
  • Define and analyze product validation for new and modified applications.
  • Investigate operational and process issues with engineering and technical personnel.
  • Guide lower-level personnel in establishing and performing quality controls.
  • Develop and apply quality controls for in-house and vendor products.
  • Design advanced software automation frameworks and test scripts.
  • Ensure automation frameworks function across system environments and interfaces.
  • Design and implement custom APIs between tools.
Required Skills & Experience
  • In-depth knowledge of software quality assurance practices and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of relational databases.
  • Experience with tool APIs and building tool integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of software development, QA, testing, auditing, configuration management, and regulatory affairs.
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles, product verification, and validation.
  • Experience with software documentation, problem management, and version management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and make appropriate technical and business decisions.
Requirements: 
  • Education: 
Bachelor of Science with at least 3 years of experience in software or test automation development, including 1 year of demonstrated technical experience; OR
Associate's degree with at least 8 years of professional experience in software or test automation development, including 1 year of demonstrated technical experience.
